HOW IT WORKS: First, we will need to do an estimate of your damage. Be sure and check out our auto repair estimates form. We will let you know if your repairs qualify as an express one day repair. Next, drop off your car between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. the day of your scheduled repairs. We will have your vehicle ready by the end of the business day or a rental car is on us. It’s that simple!
DELIVERY AND PICKUP OPTIONS: If you will be bringing the vehicle in yourself we offer free shuttle to get you to where you need. If you choose to rent a car the day of your appointment, we will be happy to set up the rental for you with the company of your choice. Free delivery and pickup of your vehicle are available within certain parameters of each shop.
As with any repair at LaMettry’s we always welcome you to drop off your vehicle the same day of your visit. This eliminates the need for a second trip and begins your repair process immediately. If you choose to leave your vehicle with us you will receive a status update within 24 business hours.
