LaMettry’s Collision is a local family owned and operated repair facility with 10 convenient metro locations. We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, communicate clearly, and have a desire to provide Excellent Customer Service.

Responsibilities include:

– Greet customers in person and over the phone
– Schedule repair appointments and rental cars
– Gather contact, insurance, and repair information to create customer packets in computer system
– Collect signatures and payments at the beginning and end of repair
– Scan insurance paperwork, payments, and invoices into computer system
– Order and maintain office supplies
– Office upkeep and organization
– General office duties and support

Computer knowledge is necessary. No prior Auto Repair Industry experience needed.
