I accidentally used a gas station's windshield cleaner wand on my new Pilot's headlights and, you guessed it, scratched them. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Having received great service from Ian and Shane at LaMettry's in the past, I immediately went back to see if they could fix my blunder. Ian took a look, then drove my car around back for Shane to assess. Within 30 minutes, I was in and out, and provided a complimentary buff for my headlights! I couldn't be happier with the results. My headlights literally look brand new, and Shane did an excellent job, paying attention to every detail. It's clear the employees at LaMettry's truly take pride in their work. It has only been one day since I got my car back, but it all seems to be functioning as new. The limited lifetime guarantee on their work put my mind at ease especially since my car was damaged with only 2k miles on it.

I received weekly status reports and any other questions I had were responded to quickly. LaMettry's works with Enterprise and I was able to have a rental dropped off and picked up at the shop which was very convenient. I highly recommend this professional repair shop. They only use Factory OEM parts, their attention to detail is superior to anywhere else. They have a weird name that's sometimes hard to remember, and they are expensive as hell, but in this day and age, you get what you pay for and these guys are Top of the Line! read less
