They came out amazing!

The staffs were very nice and patient. I didn’t get to meet them but spoke on the phone as I was translating some things for my mom.

They kept us informed throughout the process. I am so glad that we choose LaMettry's Collision to fix my mom’s car.

Del from their service team gave regular updates and had terrific communication. While they were not the cheapest option we could have gone with, they did a fantastic job on the repair and even cleaned our Durango. I’m a bit of a nerd who carries a notebook wherever I go to keep track of great service. My wife’s 2016 Chevy was involved in a hit and run, and we brought it to LaMettry’s Collision in Inver Grove Heights.

When I first arrived, no one was at the front desk, and I waited about 10 minutes. Then Andy, a very polite and professional gentleman, came out and said he would be right with me. At first, I was hesitant, but once I saw how helpful everyone was, I realized the wait was worth it.

Andy gave a clear and fair estimate, the front desk team was friendly, and Suzanne kept me updated from start to finish. They not only fixed my wife’s car perfectly but also detailed it inside and out and even arranged a Lyft for us to pick it up. This place truly deserves more than five stars for their honesty, quality, and outstanding customer service.

LaMettry’s was the first, (and only), place I thought to go for the repairs. Andy, my Service Rep, is clear-eyed, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain both the damage he saw and the process LaMettry’s would do to complete the repairs. LaMettry’s kept me informed of the proceedings and completed repairs ahead of expectations.

They buffed out my scratches and head lights for free while I was fixing my claim on my vehicle! They have a history of being very personal and won’t shove business down your throat. They are probably the most expensive collision around, HOWEVER they are for a reason!!! If your insurance is covering your repair or your car is your baby, go here. 100/10 read less
