Everything went great except a small tear in my door panel that occurred when removing the old window. So I took it back to show Chino and he didn't sit and try to act like it wasn't there or that they weren't responsible or any of the run around a lot of places give you. He immediately acknowledged it and took responsibility and made it right. Any shop can make a mistake not every shop has the integrity to stand behind their work. These guys do. read less
