My previous car got totaled out, which ended up being a long and arduous process to determine based on insurance coverage. From the beginning, I entrusted Lemettry's for my collision repair based on recommendation's through my family. I was glad I did. From the very start, I worked with Ajay Boodhoo- a wonderful employee whose communication was top tier. He prepared me for the entirety of the process and walked me through each step seamlessly.

Unfortunately, I had many many days my car was stored in excess on the lot (be cautious about leaving your vehicle if there is no plan with your insurance!) based on waiting on my insurance company. The days of storage unfortunately tacked on extra cost my insurance was unwilling to pay. Through the entire process though, Lemettry's had my back. It was only through their willingness to send me off with a good experience that I was able to take home my full settlement payout through my insurance. I cannot extend enough gratitude to Ajay, the external and service team as well as Lemettry family!! read less

I originally had damage on the driver door that needed to be repainted due to paint cracking open. I trusted a local shop to do the work and ended up in a bad spot. Bad work and didn’t own up to it. Mistake on my part to go to that shop. So I came to LaMettry’s and got real professional eyes on it. They re-did all of the work and made my car look great! Even detailed the interior before returning the car to me. I will definitely return to this shop for body work. I was greeted immediately when I walked inside to check in my car and had Matt as my adviser. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and provided updates every other day. When I came to pick my car up, it was cleaned inside and out, and the bumper (which was the area of impact) looked spotless of any scratches or scrapes. I think LaMettry’s did a good job on the repair. Their repair person (person actually doing the work) saw exterior damage I didn’t see. Be aware if you need a repair, the part needed may not be available. This happened in my case on some trim pieces. 😟 We will see if Toyota will make this available in the future or an after market part will become available. I’ll try to post some pictures here. I’m concerned the front bumper has a gap but Ian says this shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t put many miles on my car so we will see over time if this is the case. First two pictures were right after the accident and the front bumper looks ok. Third picture was bumper after driving it from NY to MN. Last picture was when I picked up my car from LaMettry’s.Really nice they offer a free pickup and drop off service. read less
