I had dropped by unannounced for a problem I thought was unusual: replacing a hood medallion ripped off by an automated car wash. I had purchased a replacement from the car dealer, and had no idea how something so simple could appear so complex. (Mercedes “engineering”). I showed it to Nikki. She smiled, asked if I had a minute, she wanted to check with the repair shop to see where they were at with work. Ten minutes later the medallion was in place.

The long and the short of this tale is the courtesy, patience, and willingness of the folks at LaMettry’s to accommodate the customer. This was the fourth time in the last couple of decades I had a need for their services. They have always been thoroughly professional, detailed in their explanations of what was needed, and the repair outcomes have always been outstanding. I will continue to turn to LaMettry’s as needed for my cars. We all try to be careful out there, but when needed, you can find satisfaction and peace of mind through LaMettry’s. read less

From my contact with Mike,LaMettry’s rep at BMW Minnetonka,to picking up my car yesterday all of the LaMettry’s staff have been outstanding. Nickole, my LaMettry’s rep, worked to get my car restored to its original condition. This required ordering what Farmers requested for repair. Twice the used parts came. First one had rust and second one did not meet LaMettry’s standards. Nichole worked to get new parts for my repair. The stress one experiences trying to work with an insurance company was all handled by LaMettry. Shout to front desk staff for stress free drop off and pick up and being fun on top of it.
